As a local, independent driving school, we understand that every learner is different. People learn at different speeds, with different levels of confidence and experience. That’s why our driving lessons are individually planned to suit your ability, goals and learning style. Whether you’re a complete beginner, an anxious learner, neurodivergent, returning to driving after a break, or preparing to convert an international licence to a UK licence, we provide calm, patient, structured tuition designed to help you become a confident, competent and safe driver on today’s busy roads.
Our services include learner driver lessons (manual and automatic), refresher courses for full licence holders, driving capability assessments for older drivers or those returning after injury or illness, and tailored lessons for international licence holders preparing for a UK practical test. Every session focuses not just on passing the driving test, but on developing lifelong safe driving skills.
Roads Driver Training follows the ADI Code of Practice and is proud to be a member of the Institute of Master Tutors of Driving and the Engage Road Safety Partnership. These affiliations reflect our commitment to high professional standards, continued development, and road safety within the Macclesfield and wider East Cheshire community.
